You will also receive a confirmation e-mail<\/strong> from us regarding your order. In this e-mail you will find another link that will take you to the upload area on our website.
Alternatively, you can access this page via “My account” –> “Orders” –> “Upload data”<\/strong>. Here you can transfer all the necessary data for your order to us.<\/p>\n


With the start of production your uploaded data will be checked. If you have any questions, the corresponding department will contact you directly.

IMPORTANT: Production will only start after receipt of payment and when all necessary data (audio and print data as well as delivery approval) are available. As a producer of cassettes, we are obliged to release the audio carriers only upon presentation of a delivery permit.<\/div>\n
For EVERY<\/strong> sound carrier duplication (duplicated cassettes) we therefore need the delivery permit of a collecting society (in Germany GEMA). The production should be registered in the country where the distribution of the cassettes will take place. The application or the production notification is NOT sufficient. Processing times for the application should ideally be planned for before the order is placed.
<\/span><\/div>\n
EVERY<\/strong> production must be reported. This also applies to productions that do not contain repertoire subject to licensing. Works whose authors (composer, lyricist) are members of a collecting society are subject to licensing. No fees are payable for licence-free sound recordings.

Only when the delivery permit has been submitted does production and the delivery time begin. In exceptional cases, production can also be started beforehand. The best way to do this is to contact us directly by e-mail.<\/span>
